Community and Worker Power

Large-scale membership organizations like grassroots community groups and unions help people find belonging and agency, reimagine rights and protections, and build the power to achieve them. Workers in the U.S. are building power through unions and other worker-led formations at rates not seen in decades, and more support is needed to keep the momentum going. We invest in efforts to grow worker organization and worker power.

We support classic and innovative organizing techniques to unite the working class across race, gender, and other identities. These efforts are essential to transforming unjust systems and achieving a true democracy.
